A free 45-minute call
We start with a conversation — no cost, no pitch. We take the time to understand how your business really runs and map out everything that's slowing you down. Together we'll see which of those are worth a Discovery Sprint — and if none of them are, we'll tell you honestly.
Then a Discovery Sprint
If there's a fit, we start with a fixed-fee, fixed-scope Discovery Sprint — the front door to the real work. We open your actual systems side by side, find where the work is getting stuck, and hand you a concrete plan: the real bottleneck, what it would take to fix, and the tradeoffs. It's yours to keep, with us or on your own.
We fix what's actually broken
If it makes sense to keep going, we scope the fix and agree on what success looks like. Sometimes that's a tightened process. Sometimes it's a custom tool. Never a build for the sake of building.
You get something that works
